    Be careful. I had a bugger of an attack a few weeks ago and was taking anything and everything, Bicarb, diclofenac, cocodamol, cider vinegar.naproxen,cherrys to name a few, was up all night vomiting and had the mother of all headaches had to stay in bed the following day and the gout just carried on throbbing.  now on colchchine and allop for gout and keeping a decent fluid intake and seems to be almost under control (touch wood) and asprin, Clopidogrel and amlodipine + a nitro spray if needed until further tests prove that I am perfectly fit Smile    or otherwise .Frown

    PS sorry about the pic of my bike being so large and making the e mails to wide I didn't realise that would happen.

    Hi all

    Going for further tests in a couple of weeks cardio respiratory on tread mill and then may do angigram if neccessary, must admit I dont have a lot of stamina these days,so going to buy a push bike for low impact excersise, having ua levels checked about then also when I have been on allop for a month, was prescribed it years ago but stopped when I was curedConfused

     And yes my arse hurts after a few hours on the motorbike might try a gel seat pad!
