    I’d like to send a thousand thank-yous to all the visitors and members for your recent support. I’m overwhelmed.

    I’m emotionally overwhelmed by the kind messages to me, but also how some members have jumped in to help new members. I hold back from naming names for fear of upsetting someone I might miss. I’m not holding back now. Thanks a million to @grinder179 and to @bazzer

    If I have missed anyone, remind me by replying here.

    I’m physically overwhelmed by the response to my new Helpdesk. I’m sorry to anyone who has been, or who still is, waiting responses. I’m also sorry for any confusion caused by some mistakes I made when I started the service. I have improved it, and I want to improve it further. That brings me to my main reason for this post.

    I’m going to implement a “Suggestion Box” very soon.

    I like to boast that I know more about managing gout than most doctors. But, I cannot boast about my Customer Service skills. They are terrible, and all I can do is ask you to help me improve. Barry made my day earlier. As he wrote about Bursitis and/or gout, he said: “I feel I have read so much so it is only fair to try and contribute a lot too!”

    That is a massive part of the unwritten deal. Here are most of the main parts of the unwritten deal:

    • I apply my gout knowledge to help you get the best personal gout care from your doctor (or other healthcare personnel)
    • You ask good questions, and share your experiences with fellow gout sufferers
    • You teach me what you need as a customer

    That’s a bit unbalanced, with two for you and only one for me. I’ll balance my part of the deal by providing a Suggestion Box. I’ll announce this to the world on GoutPal.com very soon. I wanted my loyal GoutPal members and gout forum supporters to be the first to know.

    If you’ve got suggestions now, please add them below. If you’re not a lover of posting in forums, please use my recently improved Gout Helpdesk service, available at that link or via the orange Gout Support button.

    The GoutPal Suggestion Box is now up and running.

    I’ve added one suggestion, just to test that it works OK. You can add comments to this suggestion, and add your own suggestions.

    You might not have any ideas about improvements, but you can certainly tell me what you think about each idea with the simple rating system. Please review each Idea when you see it. You can make sure you see all new ideas by subscribing to my gout forum update service. You can rate each idea with 1 to 5 stars. The stars in the rating system mean:

    1. ☆ – Bad
    2. ☆☆ – Poor
    3. ☆☆☆ – Regular
    4. ☆☆☆☆ – Good
    5. ☆☆☆☆☆ – Gorgeous

    Please let me know how I can help make my gout support services better for you. I’m offering a $20 Amazon voucher to the first person who makes a suggestion that gets 20 5-star votes. I will make suggestions, but these won’t be eligible for the prize.
