Recently had two stents put in one of my coronary arteries. Taking prasugrel, an anti-platelet med, (along with 81 mg aspirin) to reduce chance of platelets sticking together.

Told to limit anti-inflammatories such as ibuprofen, (and pretty much forget about indomethacin).

UA was 6 when tested 2 months ago, but I want to get down between 4-5 to eventually get rid of tophi. I know that in doing so there may be some flare ups along the way. Given restriction on amount anti-inflammatories, any suggestions?
