Allopurinol, NSAID's Allergy

I am sure that this is very rare but does anyone have an allergy to allopurinol and all drugs in the NSAID’s catefory? If so what course of action do you use to treat gout before and during an attack? I have an allergy to both of the above and can only take Prednisone when an attack occurs. Also I am also diagnosed with high blood pressure and have been prescribed losartan which seems to cause gout (3 attacks within 3 weeks). Any insight would be appreciated.
